Zendaya’s hair is rich text. Now, it seems the chameleon actor has had another change of tune.
After hosting the launch of boyfriend Tom Holland’s alcohol-free beer brand Bero at celebrity hot spot The Corner Bar on October 24, Zendaya was spotted returning to the hotel with a fresh dye job. The blonde highlights she had had for months were gone. Now, Miss Z is back with a gorgeous chocolate brown turtleneck for fall. However, her brunette locks still had some dimension, with soft caramel highlights on her face.

For the occasion, she opted for side-swept Old Hollywood curls, and her overall look was equally glamorous. Zendaya and Holland both wore matching burgundy, one of Bero’s brand colors. Zendaya, designed by Law Roach, chose a tight burgundy strappy leather dress from Louis Vuitton, paired with a Bvlgari gold pendant necklace and nude manicure. Holland, however, was dressed more casually, wearing a merlot short-sleeved sweater, black pants and sneakers.

Zendaya’s slip dress is easily reminiscent of the 1960s retro wavy slip dress she wore to the 2024 Oscars. The look also featured a dramatic side part, which was styled by celebrity hairstylist Tai Simon.

It’s worth noting that Zendaya has two new jobs on the horizon: filming Euphoria Season 3, There’s also a romance movie starring Rob Pattinson drama. It’s unclear if her new hairstyle and color are related to either project, but the Oscar nominee has previously spoken about her philosophy on hair experimentation.
“It allows me to experiment and try things out. It gives me confidence when I’m able to experiment and have fun with my hair because you don’t have to worry about what other people think,” she told tailoring 2016. There’s no point in letting other people’s words influence you and determine how you feel about yourself. For me, experimenting and having fun allowed me to be in a really free space to do things for Zendaya.
