Just days after Martha Stewart told Andy Cohen she wouldn’t stoop to becoming the Bachelorette — even saying she’d skip the $1 million per episode paycheck — Joan Vassos herself was A prime bachelorette clapped her hands in response.

Vassos revealed that Stewart didn’t know the men on the show as well as she did, and that the show’s producers golden bachelorette A group of “wonderful people” were selected for her.
“I said, ‘Well, dating is hard, but I have a great group of men,'” Vasos explained. “She doesn’t know them like I do. I know them inside and out. And, both are great.”
Vassos added that every man on the show did something memorable for her when they first met, noting that maybe Stewart wasn’t actually watching or just didn’t see what each suitor was doing. Show the charm.
“The team did a great job picking them because even before I met them, I loved their stories and their stories and backstories were great. I mean, they’re there for a reason, ” she continued. “That first night, when they stepped out of the limo and started walking toward me, they each did something memorable that made me want to know more about them. I guess Martha wasn’t looking or watching. To what I see in them, maybe you have to go and see for yourself, I don’t know.
