Margaux wines truly express the style and spirit of everyone who wears them. Sarah Pierson and Alexa Buckley founded Margaux in 2015 with a mission to create beautiful shoes for everyday needs. Margaux shoes are engineered to be versatile and comfortable—in other words, designed for the woman who’s too busy to put on shoes. Designed in New York and crafted in Spain, Margaux is also available in a wide range of sizes (from EU 33 to 45) and is available in three widths (narrow, medium or wide).
About the role
We are looking for a passionate individual who is willing to provide the highest level of personal, creative customer service. This position will be responsible for handling a variety of front-office responsibilities, including interacting with customers via email, text messages, and chat. This role is Part-time on seasonal schedule until January 2025with the possibility of extension to a permanent position based on mutual suitability.
Main responsibilities
● Provide excellent customer service while supporting customers throughout the entire shopping process
● Handle comprehensive customer support including:
– Product recommendations and size guidance
– Order placement and status updates
– Return and exchange processing
– Transportation problem solved
● Master all operating procedures to ensure efficient and accurate order processing
● Collaborate across departments to provide the best possible customer experience
● Maintain strong communication channels with internal teams (Operations, Product Development) to communicate customer feedback and drive improvements
● Develop comprehensive knowledge of business operations to provide informed assistance

It’s ideal if you have:
● Experience in e-commerce customer service team
● Previous retail experience
● Experience with Shopify and Gorgias
Availability:
We are currently looking for seasonal part-time positions from September to January, with the potential to join our permanent team. You must be willing and willing to work evenings and weekends. We are very supportive of flexible schedules for this position, especially if you are interested in working non-traditional hours (i.e. early morning/late night)
Salary range: $18-22 depending on experience
