EU-Design is a direct fashion decoration manufacturer specializing in ties, metal hardware, accessories and tapes. We support customers in the fashion, jewelry, homewares, uniforms and other industries. Our production sites are located in China, Italy, India, Bangladesh and Vietnam.

We are looking for an Intern Fashion Support Coordinator. This position will begin immediately and will work with us until May 2025.
Responsibilities include:
● Organize ties, decorations and packaging samples.
● Make in-house color cards and send to customers.
● Take inventory of interior colors.
● Curate physical and digital décor options for clients.
● Product data entry, archiving and organization.
● Logistics and freight management, including weekly package preparation, delivery to couriers and delivery of packages to customers.
● Maintain communication with the international team.
● Social media releases and updates.
Skills and Requirements:
● Candidates must work either a full day (8 hours) or a half day (4 hours) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
● Must be focused, organized, and have a high attention to detail.
● Must be able to multi-task, work independently, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
●Knowledge of Excel, Word and Mac applications is required.
● Prior knowledge of Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
● Very suitable for students who are studying fashion marketing, production, and product development.
Position type: Part-time, paid internship
Office hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time
$16.00 per hour
