Active and growing jewelery consultancy seeks production support to promote local production of fine jewelery brands. This is a great opportunity to gain first-hand experience with New York City’s jewelry district and manufacturing processes. Candidates must be detail-oriented, energetic and willing to move around the city every day. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Fine jewelry experience and/or education preferred, but not required!
Your roles and responsibilities:
– Review daily tasks with production manager
-Go to suppliers in the Diamond District and distribute jobs
-Clear communication with production managers throughout the day
– Provide work reports
– Office general administrative support
Skill:
-Attention to detail
-Good time management and communication skills
– Flexible and able to take direction easily
Hourly range – $20 per hour
