Everyone may be talking about Hailey Bieber’s navy nails right now (a really cool choice for fall), but I’m not done obsessing over her last hilarious manicure moment just yet. What can I say? The beauty mogul keeps dropping gems, and I need plenty of time to give each design the value it deserves.

Just last month, Bieber posted a fresh set of warm amber tips (styled by her longtime manicurist Zola Ganzorigt) on Instagram with the caption, “Get ready for fall.” The Teddy Brown hue is definitely reminiscent of the start of cozy season – I can almost smell the cinnamon through the screen! Think pumpkin spice instead of hot cocoa.

    Hailey Bieber's Amber Nails

Any nail polish on Mrs. Bieber’s hands is bound to go viral, but then I saw celebrity manicurist and Chanel manicurist Bettina Goldstein also wearing amber tips—and now I Know This color has become a staple of fall. Just yesterday, Goldstein posted a tutorial on Instagram for her “tortoiseshell nails with black micro French tips.” base? Warm, honey-filled amber. She used dark brown to create scattered swirls in the tortoiseshell print, but I couldn’t help but look at the jelly amber base that looks so similar to Bieber’s.

“I used a hybrid gel polish,” Goldstein wrote in the caption. While we don’t know exactly which shades she used, I bet they’re from This set of six jelly brown shades Goldstein appears on her Amazon storefront. Likewise, Ganzorigget said she “mixed five different colors” for Bieber’s amber mani, so it might take two or three polishes to achieve the rich amber effect. When you think about it, this makes sense. After all, amber is a mix of browns, golds, oranges and reds, not unlike autumn leaves.

You better believe my next manicure will be in a trendy shade, so I did some digging to find the best amber polishes to mix and match. Keep scrolling to find all the shades that are on my mind rent-free for the next few weeks.
