Can you believe it’s February already!
February is always one of my favorite months as brands start to drop their new arrivals for Valentine’s Day as well as starting to promote spring styles. This month, I’m partnering with Lane Bryant to style a look from their new arrivals. My style lately has been more casual and relaxing so this is what I was looking for when I checked out the latest from Lane Bryant.
I instantly fell in love with the Hooded Zip Front Jacket. This lightweight tan beauty is a definite must-have that showcases the cute utility trend, which I really like. The roped tie at the waist gives me more definition in that area and the hoodie is perfect to transition into the Spring season.
I paired the jacket with the Ribbed Turtleneck Top, which I opted to get in the longer length. I love that Lane Bryant is showing love to the taller ladies by offering different length in a few essential pieces.
In terms of bottoms, I decided to try their Deluxe Fit High-Rise Skinny Jean. The flex magic waistband really made these jeans fit well and they’re so comfy and cute. The wash is listed as a dark denim but it actually looks like the perfect mixture of medium and true dark denim, which I love. It’s perfect wash to match with lighter colors as well as darker colors. Overall, these jeans would work in so many looks and occasions.
To bring the entire look together, I checked out what was new in the jewelry and decided to get the Unstoppable Necklace and the Queen Bracelet, which I think layers perfectly with the turtleneck. Of course, every Lady needs something unique in their look, so these Dangling Geo-Embellished Hoops did the trick here. With a 3-quarter hoop and fringe detailing, these earrings were exactly what this look needed.
