Since I was a little girl I’ve always needed a lot of sleep. I love sleep. But, as a new entrepreneur sleep hasn’t always been my top priority. In case you didn’t know, I opened a new body positive gym downtown Toronto – Fitness By Sarah Taylor and well it’s been a very busy year. But, without the proper sleep I need, I don’t function at my best.
That combined with the bed I was sleeping on after moving in with my boyfriend, occasionally sleeping on an air mattress, well let’s just say my back was very, very cranky!!! This meant I wasn’t sleeping well, even when I did get the opportunity to sleep and my back had been aching all day long.
But, enough about that – are you ready to hear what has helped the last 3 weeks??

Some other things I’ve noticed…

-The box spring comes in pieces which I needed because where we live currently is a basement apartment and box springs don’t fit down the stairs
-The box spring can be taken apart to move out of here as we are moving in about a month and it will make the move of the bed no stress at all
-Putting the box spring together as well was easy peasy, no tools required and I actually put the whole bed together myself
-Unlike some other frames I’ve had before with wood slats this one was well thought out – it has Velcro all the way around to help it stay in place
-My back pain has reduced by about 85% in 3 weeks!!!!
-I am sleeping through the night again and getting such good sleeps even with the high stress in life – might be the biggest win for me!
-Shipping was fast and it arrived when they said it would arrive

Me: No really I am
Him: Ever since you got this king size bed all you do is hang out in it

Him: Ya sure you are – you say your working but for all I know you’re taking a nap and if I don’t say anything you’ll keep napping
