Come to Rêve, which Glossier calls “a lush, dreamy gourmand.” Unless you’ve been living under a perfume-starved rock, foodies are in for a treat moment. It really started with the resurgence of vanilla fragrances, which gave way to the cherry fragrance trend we saw earlier this fall. Rêve breaks the mold a bit, with notes of plum butter and toasted almonds, giving the scent an overall pleasant, juicy vibe without being overly saccharine. (It reminds me of Sabrina Carpenter’s Cherry Baby, which in my opinion is a very mature, sexy fruity fragrance.) Cherry is also what Kilikita got from Rêve: “It may be really niche, but If you remember the popular Baby All Gone doll from the ’90s, you’ll know that she came with a little jar of magnetic cherries that you could feed her,” she said in a recent review. “Those cherries smell wonderful—like maraschino and marshmallows—and I’ve been looking for a perfume that smells similar my entire life,” Kilikita added. “I think I might have found it at Glossier Rêve.”
