Trader Joe’s is a snack lover’s paradise. The aisles of your favorite grocery store are always filled with new—or new-to-you—snacks, so much so that it’s hard to walk out of the store without a cart full of impulse buys. But it’s worth braving the crowded aisles to compete for this week’s viral snack, because there really is something for everything — including those of us who are health- and fitness-conscious. In fact, Trader Joe’s healthy snacks may be the best snacks of them all.
