I’m embarrassed to admit how much I love seasonal pumpkin candles. Fall is my favorite season, what can I say? But if your scent preferences are a little less cliquey and a little more elevated, let me introduce you to my favorite candle encounter of late: the Nette x Crown Affair Take Your Time Candle , a lovely fresh collaboration between the two Floral Candles Beloved Beauty Brand.
One of the things that first drew me to Crown Affair’s star line of hair care products was its signature scent, a delightful, sensuous fresh floral scent with hints of woody and fruity notes. The brand teamed up with Nette to create a flammable home fragrance version of the scent that’s just as cute.

While I’m not always a big fan of floral fragrances, this one appeals to me because it’s fresh and balanced: in addition to lemon blossom and peony, it’s infused with notes of bergamot, cedar, and amber. It’s also very modern, unlike some cheesy florals that I tend to avoid.
Like all of Nette’s home fragrance products, the Take Your Time candle is made from a blend of natural coconut and soy waxes and has a burn time of up to 55 hours. I also love that the candle is wrapped in a light green handmade ceramic container, which makes the olfactory experience of burning the candle a perfect visual representation. (I also can’t wait to upgrade it to a keepsake once I burn out all the wax.)
