There are perfect celebrity style moments, but there are also looks that will really blow you away, ones you’ll desperately try to recreate at home. exist ‘Great Costumes in Fashion History,” Fashionista editors are revisiting their all-time favorite lewks.
The crisp fall air will soon replace the persistent summer heat, and in anticipation of this inevitable transition, I’ve started looking through the archives for some tried-and-true outfit inspiration. One name kept coming up: Cindy Crawford. Her street style photos are a rich resource for simple, timeless outfit combinations. I also love that she seems to share my preference for oversized leather jackets, mini-skirts, and sheer leggings, which (in my opinion) can be worn together as often as the weather permits.
On a lively night in New York City in late February 1990, Crawford was attending a performance by Paul Simon, James Taylor and Roberta Flack of “U.S. Wearing this flawless outfit combination during the “Homage to Vaclav Havel and the Celebration of Czechoslovak Democracy”. etc.

Her look for the night included a black turtleneck, striped skirt and rich chocolate brown leather blazer, which she paired with black leather gloves and sheer tights for added warmth. She attended the event with her ex-husband, Richard Gere, whose brown leather jacket and neutral layers complemented Crawford’s look for a great look. Fashion moments for men and women.
