Below, read a breakdown of Brittany and Leo’s time together love is blind Season 7, including whether they are still together after the show comes out.
What happened between Leo and Brittany in Love Is Blind Season 7?
From their first conversation in the pod, Brittany and Leo seemed like a perfect match. He was quick to compliment her voice, saying she was “down about everything” when he said it was important his partner agreed with his holiday plans. (Her response to Leo saying he was a planner: “One of us has to have the brains.”)
They also have very different goals for the partnership. Brittany is a recognized “trophy wife” who has dated athletes and rock stars. She wants someone who “makes her feel like they’re their first choice” and who enjoys cooking, because she doesn’t. Leo is very nervous because women only want the wealth he inherited, but he also can’t stop telling everyone around him about his wealth (plus his career as an art dealer and his Rolex). Still, he develops a deeper connection with Brittany and sees a deeper side of her through the jump.
When Leo mentions money to her, he over expresses himself rich rich. (Although he told the men that five of his family members died of cancer within three years, he didn’t take the time to talk about his family tragedy.) So Brittany asked him if he planned to split the bill with his future partner. He said he wants his partner to be invested but also willing to pay more because he makes more, which is wonderful for Brittany because the rest of the pod is “strictly 50/50 ”. She points out that beauty routines and fitness classes can be expensive for women (to be fair!) and admits that she received “100 percent” care in her last relationship. Leo says that he needs assurance that if he wakes up penniless, his wife will stay with him, to which Brittany replies, “If I wanted to get married for money, I would have gotten married already. That’s it.” Would be a really easy thing for me to do (Honestly, let’s go.)
Everything would have been smooth sailing if he hadn’t gotten Leo into trouble with Brittany and another acquaintance, 27-year-old Hannah. Brittany and Hannah accidentally learn in the ladies room that they both like Leo (Hannah makes the mistake of saying his name after a date). It turns out that Leo just offered Brittany his approval, telling her how he wanted to focus on their connection and crush on her. He tells her that she and Hannah “are both number one,” and Brittany rolls her eyes behind the pod wall.
On every subsequent date, Brittany would get frustrated or cry because she knew he was deciding between her and someone else. In a confessional, Brittany admitted that since she’d typically dated high-status men in the past, the situation with Leo reminded her of past trauma, and that her ex would tell her there were plenty of other women they could be with. She didn’t tell Leo this, and he kept putting off deciding between them. Their courtship reaches its lowest point when he asks her what type of ring she would like, and she asks him if he’s asking Hannah that question as well. (He said he would ask “all or none,” much to Brittany’s annoyance.)
What happened between Leo and Hannah in Love Is Blind Season 7?
On the other side of the love triangle, Leo and Hannah quickly bond over their love of new experiences and traveling the world. This is a big plus as they are the kind of people who try a little bit of everything at the buffet. In a confessional, he said he loved Hannah’s curiosity and how he could explain pretentious terms of art to her. But then, he told her in the pod that he liked that she didn’t ask about his work because he didn’t want the art dealer to define him. (It reads like he wanted someone who could lecture his upper-class man, but not necessarily challenge him.)
Hannah is more receptive to Leo’s indecision than Brittany is because she’s also busy going through a lot with her other contact, former football player Nick. Leo and Hannah’s date was relatively cool – she responded well to his money problems and wanting a prenuptial agreement, and he was comfortable with Hannah’s weight insecurities – until Hannah made the decision for him , and attempts to end the relationship with Nick.
Leo’s reaction Badly. He began to pester her, asking if she was only with another man because Leo couldn’t make up his mind, and whether she would say yes if he proposed to her first. Hannah’s emotions soared as he continued to talk about how strong his feelings were for her, saying he loved her and asking if it was too late for them. Hannah asks why he didn’t say all this sooner, and Leo throws out all the exact same stuff about his feelings for Brittany and Hannah, claiming that Hannah is “the one” while also saying that he loves Brittany too Tani (? ).
Hannah eventually breaks away from the date and promises to meet Leo the next day, but by the next morning she realizes how manipulative Leo’s insistence is. Leo admitted in the boys’ dormitory that his tone made Hannah cry, and he told Nick he was still confused. When Leo was dating Hannah, he immediately apologized, but she expressed how horrible he made her feel and reiterated that she had stronger feelings for another person. Suddenly, Leo tells her that Nick is better for her and that he and Brittany are meant to be. Leo also asked Hannah to tell Brittany that their breakup was mutual and that Brittany was the one he’d always wanted. However, Hannah points out that’s not what he said to Hannah last night. His last-ditch efforts were in vain anyway, as Hannah had been honest with Brittany about everything Leo had said the night before.
Are Leo and Brittany engaged in Love Is Blind Season 7?
The morning after Hannah and Leo’s disastrous date, Brittany has a completely different perspective because of something Hannah told her. While chatting with Ashley A., she realized that Leo might have been manipulating her, and she enjoyed that “things have turned” and now she’s the one deciding whether or not they stay together. When Hannah returns to the girls’ dormitory after breaking up with Leo, both women agree that they don’t know if Leo loves Brittany and it’s now up to Brittany to decide if she can trust him.
On their next date, Leo quickly told Brittany that he loved her, and Brittany then began reading a handwritten letter. She could barely stop crying as she explained that their relationship was “tainted by the things he said to other people.” She added that the situation was her “biggest fear” about what would happen in the pod.
Brittany’s letter was the cliffhanger of episode four, but episode five opens with a breakup that could make the iconic Lithium-ion battery They pushed forward when they were mortified by Jessica’s “you’re going to choke” comment. Leo read a rudimentary poem he wrote that doubled as wedding vows, and Brittany giggled at his elementary school nursery rhymes. “Oh why did I use my big stupid brain / Overthinking from the start / I almost went crazy / You taught me to follow my heart,” he reads. He proposes to her at the end of the poem, and she says yes. (A group of women yell, “Brittany, no!”)

Before going their separate ways, the newly engaged couple promised to take a trip to Miami if they weren’t chosen to go to Mexico, as not every couple who comes out of the pod will be featured in the show’s post-engagement getaway and cohabitation period . While couples who don’t appear in later episodes of the season typically have their courtship scenes left on the cutting room floor, Leo and Brittany ended Season 7 on a simple note. “Brittany and Leo were not one of the six couples chosen by producers to continue their trip to Mexico,” the note read. “They went to Miami on their own and called off their engagement a few weeks later. ”
talking people On the day of the Season 7 premiere, Leo said he was “devastated” after learning that he and Brittany would not be joining the ranks of engaged couples in Cabo. However, the ever-intuitive Brittany told the outlet she knew how likely they were to be chosen. “I know we are the weakest link,” she said. “Honestly, I’m the only one who hasn’t said ‘I love you’ to someone who’s engaged, so I’m not surprised.”

“I don’t think it’s [a physical disconnect]to be honest,” she added. “I do think he’s a very charismatic guy and he’s very magnetic in person when you’re around him, which I love, but it’s just a gut feeling. I can’t explain it. It’s just,’ This is not my husband and now I have to figure that out.
The couple agreed that they initially had a great time in Miami, but once the novelty wore off, they decided they would be better off as friends. “We had a lot of conversations throughout this journey and collectively came to the conclusion that we just didn’t see it turning into a marriage,” Leo said.
Brittany continued, “The chemistry was not there. We talked about how it would work in the beginning, and then as time went on, the chemistry was not there on the trip and we just felt it for each other. We’re really good communicators, So it wasn’t a big test, like I said, it was a very clean, respectful realization and he was everything I wanted in a man.
In a post-show interview, the two assured that they were on good terms, with Brittany even telling Tudum that she considers Leo a “lifelong friend.” Leo reiterated her comments in an interview with TV Insider, saying: “We still care about each other very much and one of the reasons why we are so close is because we are so comfortable with each other that we can talk to each other forever. . . .
